Comment: The German Treasury yield curve continues close to its steepest ever as Schatz yields drop to new record lows. Despite contract roll-over Bund prices have held very close to recent highs, keeping momentum bullish. When benchmark ten-year yields break decisively below 3.09% expect a to rush re-test last year’s record low at 2.85%, maybe 2.75%. Strategy: Attempt small longs at 122.55; stop well below 122.00.
