LATIN AMERICA Argentina Argentina expects financing to become ``more difficult'' next year, Finance Secretary Hernan Lorenzino said. Argentina won't reopen its debt swap to investors who didn't participate in a 2005 restructuring of $95 billion of defaulted bonds, Lorenzino told reporters in Buenos Aires.
